Bootcamps are currently in hibernation as we are working to improve them even more as well as being busy with all our other fitness projects. Fitness West residential bootcamps are suitable for anyone from complete beginners to those with a higher level of fitness. Workouts will be tailored to accommodate all levels of fitness.
Harness the power of the team dynamic to meet the challenge of full days of activities including walking, jogging/running, hill climbing, hiking, biking, stability ball training, PATCH Fitness, resistance training, team games and a few surprises. The emphasis is on minimal use of equipment and learning to incorporate exercise into any schedule and environment.
Individuals, small groups, sports teams and business team building clients can all be accommodated. Bootcamps are currently running every second weekend see Event Calendar for details. We are shortly launching a week long bootcamp Tuesdays-Sundays see Event Calendar for more details. As a result you will be able to customize your length of stay to your specific needs and budget, you decide what you want and we will deliver. Whether you attend for one day or six we will ensure that not only will you have full days of activities, you will also get all the usual benefits in terms of nutritional information, planning your exercise program and ongoing support and follow up. Food
Good nutrition is the basis for health and fitness. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included plus nutritional information and demonstrations of how to prepare simple healthy nutritious meals at home.
If you are interested in other dates, an extended stay or have specific activities that you would like to include e.g surfing , kayaking, paddle boarding etc we can coordinate all reasonable requests.
AccommodationEOM Studio, Mulranny, Co. Mayo provides the perfect base for our residential Fitness Bootcamps. The surrounding area is secluded and peaceful with a fantastic variety of opportunities to challenge and improve your fitness. The accommodation is very comfortable, with either en suite or shared bathroom facilities. The property is minutes from the beach and boasts fantastic views.
