FoodGood news, you don’t have to diet. You do though have to make good food choices, and it isn’t about deprivation. Doing your best to eliminate processed and packaged foods by replacing them with fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and fish will go a long way and be your greatest ally to changing your body.

There is not one perfect meal plan for everyone. We take into account several factors when designing a plan for each client, such as weight, gender, activity level, likes and dislikes, and overall lifestyle. We’ll then design a meal plan for you based on our philosophy of eating five small meals a day, your eating plan will contain a balance of all three macronutrients – carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats and ensure appropriate levels of micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals. With nutrition you can make it as complicated or as simple as you like we ike to keep it simple following a few basic food rules will get most people well on the way to healthier eating. If you want to take it further why not try the Elimination Diet , no wheat, dairy, sugar, caffeine or alcohol. Try it for 30 days if you are not amazed at the results you can always go back to your old habits.

At FitnessWest all our personal training clients receive an eating plan and ongoing nutritional advice as part of their program. If you are not on a personal training program you can schedule a one to one nutritional consultation at any time. Allergy testing is available for clients for whom food intolerances are contributing to weight gain or an inability to lose weight.
