Directions for Rosmoney House Bootcamps

From Westport take the N59 road heading for Newport after about 1/2 mile you will see a left turn signposted Carrowholly/Golf Course Rd proceed down this road for 3 miles past the Golf course continuing on past The Bulls rugby club both on your left, through the first crossroads, past Carrowholly national school. After approximately 3 miles take the right turn signposted for Rosmoney, over the humpbacked bridge down to the T junction where you will go left for Rosmoney you will see a sign for the bootcamp there it is on the right a couple of hundred yards after the T junction.

Directions for Gym

About a mile outside of Westport you will see a sign for Derrygorman coming from Westport it will be on right, from Castlebar on your left. Take this turn and follow this winding road for about a mile and a half and you will see a yellow road narrows sign just after this there is a left turn with a no through road sign and two pillars at the entrance. The gym is at the second house on the right.
