Fitness West are run a series of 1 day workshops where you can experience and learn new ways to exercise. As well as learning new techniques you will review all aspects of your exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. After a workshop you will have renewed motivation to take your fitness to another level.All Workshops take place at our Rosmoney House location and lunch is included in the price. Price €75 or €120 with 1 nights accommodation included.

Kettlebells

The ultimate in  fat burning and fitness. Once you have mastered a kettlebell it may be the only piece of equipment you ever need.

Kettlebells are a great way for you to improve fitness, muscle tone and strength. A great variation and indeed improvement on traditional gym based resistance training. They require movements and muscular recruitment patterns that are more functional than normal weight training. They hit ALL the spots including muscles often overlooked with regular weights. By using bells of different weight individuals at different levels can all perform the same workout. They also have the advantage of being portable.

Learn safe and effective techniques, for beginners intermediate and advanced. Demonstrations of machine based and free weight exercises with dumbells and barbells. Advice on program planning and what to eat for best results.
